About the role
Prior knowledge of typical business maintenance required. 1-2 years experience working in a Nursing Facility. Knowledge of TELS. Must have the ability to troubleshoot issues. Be able to work alongside your supervisor as a Team, as well as the ability to work alone. HVAC experience needed. Must be able to lift over 50lbs.
