Maintenance Assistant

About the role

Maintain and improve the upkeep of our facility, equipment, and grounds under the guidance of the Maintenance Director.

Assist in ensuring a safe, clean, and functioning campus for our staff, residents, and community.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Maintenance Director to maintain and improve the upkeep of our facility, equipment, and grounds.
• Assist in ensuring a safe, clean, and functioning campus for our staff, residents, and community.
• Perform painting and other basic repair work.
• Handle advanced maintenance tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Experience with painting and other basic repair work.
• Experience in advanced maintenance skills is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a healthcare setting and a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a Nursing Home, Assisted Living, or Hotel setting is preferred, but not required.
