Responsibilities

• Ensuring the physical aspects of the facility are in proper working order.
• Performing repair tasks throughout the facility.
• Assisting with scheduling of outside contractors for extensive repairs.
• Monitoring facility equipment and facility system maintenance schedules.
• Performing routine maintenance on facility equipment and systems.
• Ensuring residents receive the high standard of care they expect.
• Using knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to keep residents comfortable and safe.

Requirements

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior Maintenance Assistant experience in a skilled nursing facility setting is preferable (but we are willing to invest in the right candidate).
