Maintenance Assistant

About the role

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, performs the activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental center compliance in accordance with Federal, State and Local ordinance, regulations and building codes. Assist in the maintenance of the facility to ensure a sanitary, attractive and orderly condition; in good repair, free from hazards such as those caused by electric, plumbing, ventilation, heating and cooling systems.

Schedule

• Full time: 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Saturday thru Wednesday

Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Knowledge of Maintenance procedures
• Minimum of 2 years' work experience in long-term care preferred
