Maintenance Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Assistant to join our maintenance team at our state-of-the-art facility in Canonsburg, PA. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall cleanliness, organization, and functionality of our facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and installations of various equipment and fixtures
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues or hazards
• Assist with janitorial tasks, such as cleaning and disinfecting common areas and patient rooms
• Collaborate with other department teams to ensure seamless operations
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous maintenance or janitorial experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
