Duties & Responsibilities
- Aid the Maintenance Director in maintaining the facility's safety, appearance, and upkeep.
- Participate in tasks such as painting, light carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, grounds maintenance, and preventative maintenance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Knowledge of various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems is required, with HVAC certification being advantageous.
- Compliance with safety regulations is mandatory.
- A reliable source of transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
- Maintenance experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
