Maintenance Assistant

About the role

Provide direct care services to individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on promoting independence, health, and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals with daily living activities
  • Monitor and record individual progress and behaviors
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for making a difference in people's lives

Skills

  • Basic computer skills
  • First aid/CPR certification

Pay

$15-$18 per hour based on experience
