What You’ll Do

• Assist with preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacements
• Inspect equipment and building systems for safe, proper function
• Handle incoming and outgoing freight and run errands as needed
• Move furniture and equipment around the building
• Auxiliary with resident evacuation during emergencies
• Work alongside other departments to keep the building running

What You Need

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver’s license
• Available for full-time days, a weekend on-call rotation, and rotating holidays
• Alert, detail-oriented, and able to make sound decisions on your own
• Able to work well with residents, families, staff, and vendors
• Maintenance or trade experience welcome, but we’ll train the right person

Physical Requirements

• Sit, stand, bend, stoop, walk, and reach throughout the shift
• Lift, push, pull, and move heavy furniture and equipment
