Major Duties
- Basic repair work
- Painting
- Wall covering
- Plumbing
- Electrical work
- Pool operations
- Preventative maintenance
- Indoor and outdoor grounds upkeep
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of mechanic experience in a hotel or a related field
- HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boiler operations and general maintenance skills required
- Able to bend, kneel, lift, push, carry and pull up to 75 lbs.
- Able to reach overhead, climb, crouching, and twist
- Valid drivers license required
