Maintenance and Supply Chain Intern
Job Summary
We are seeking curious, driven, and high-potential students to join our Maintenance & Supply Chain Optimization team. You will work alongside industry experts to solve real business challenges across refinery operations, maintenance, procurement, supply chain, and digital transformation initiatives. You will help convert complex business problems into structured solutions using analytics, process improvement, and AI-enabled capabilities. Interns will contribute to high-impact projects involving operational performance, cost optimization, workflow automation, knowledge management, and next-generation AI-assisted solutions. This role is ideal for students who enjoy learning quickly, thinking critically, working with emerging technologies, and transforming ideas into measurable business outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma required
- Bachelor’s (sophomore, junior and senior), in Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, or Operations Research. Master’s degree preferred.
- Familiarity with machine learning, regression analysis, simulation, and optimization models
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, Excel, and Power BI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Energetic, organized, and eager to learn independently and in teams.
Job Duties
- Work on AI-assisted business solutions, workflows, skills, and automation opportunities
- Support process improvement initiatives that drive efficiency, reliability, and cost optimization
- Help transform business knowledge into reusable tools, workflows, and digital capabilities
- Collaborate with business leaders, engineers, analysts, and technology teams
