WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL BE;

  • Support maintenance and engineering teams during plant startup and commissioning
  • Observe and assist with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical startup issues
  • Aid in the build-out of the maintenance program to include preventative maintenance (PM) activities, standard operating procedures, and maintenance documentation
  • Verify readiness of various industrial equipment such as crushers, conveyors, screens, dryers, elevators, PLCs, electric motors, dust collectors, compressors, oilers, vibrating feeders, screw feeders, blowers, mixers, knockers, kilns, and more
  • Generate and present reports to maintenance team leadership
  • Perform equipment inspections
  • Handle vendor communications and coordination
  • Participate in lockout/tagout (LOTO) and safety procedures
  • Organize tools, spare parts, and maintenance records
  • Establish and support housekeeping and reliability best practices

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, or related engineering field
  • Interest in industrial maintenance and manufacturing startup environments
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to receive and give constructive feedback
  • Ability to follow safety rules and instructions
  • Comfortable working in an office and hands-on plant setting
