Maintenance and Reliability Engineer*

Here, You Will Make An Impact By Perform failure mode and effect analysis to assure the proper Preventive & Predictive Maintenance programs are implemented, audited and improved on all existing and future assets.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute Preventive and Predictive Maintenance activities, ensuring maintenance plans are properly implemented, documented, optimized, and continuously improved for all assets.
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems, AC/DC electrical systems, PLCs, HMIs, sensors, VFDs, motors, and industrial controls using schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools.
- Assess & develop capability of mechanics on their role in reliability improvement and to advance their technical capabilities.
- Participate in equipment rebuilds, overhauls, retrofits, and improvement projects to enhance reliability and extend asset life.
- Perform & document equipment criticality analysis in support of an effective critical spare parts strategy involving the sourcing and ordering of parts and creating an organized parts supply room.
Requirements
- Technical degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and Two (2) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment. OR Associates Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and Two (2) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
- One (1) year of experience with mechanical and electrical drawings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Five (5) years of manufacturing in automotive or aerospace private, public, government or military environment.
- Experience with reliability analysis, predictive (PdM), and preventative maintenance (PM).
- Strong communication, independent, strategic, problem solving. PLC, Automation, variable frequency drives

Pay
The expected compensation range for this position is $98,964 - $120,957, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
