Maintenance and Interior Finish Specialist

About the role

The Maintenance and Interior Finish Specialist is responsible for ensuring the upkeep and aesthetic appeal of all interior spaces within the facility. This includes but is not limited to cleaning, painting, and repairing various surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, and vacuuming throughout the facility.
• Assist in the preparation and application of interior finishes such as paint and wallpaper.
• Inspect and repair damaged surfaces, fixtures, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas and workspaces.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in maintenance or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using cleaning supplies and tools.
• Knowledge of basic interior finishing techniques.
• Experience with safety protocols and PPE usage.

Pay

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with occasional overtime required.
