Maintenance and Groundskeeper (Moonridge)
About the role
The Maintenance Groundskeeper assists with move-ins, move-outs, annual inspections, and prepares vacant units for re-occupancy. They perform light maintenance tasks such as electrical, plumbing, painting, and minor repairs, maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, clean common areas, maintain outdoor areas, monitor and report grounds conditions, participate in emergency standby schedule, and comply with safety policies.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of OSHA regulation
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and scale ladders
- Reliable knowledge of all utility routing and cut-offs, ensuring equipment is secure

Physical Requirements
- Moderately to highly physical job requiring standing, bending, lifting, and walking
- Able to stoop, kneel, carry, push, pull, ascend/descend stairs, climb on ladders, and crawl in confined spaces on a regular basis
- Able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds on a regular basis
- Able to hear, speak, and read
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or GED required
- One year of experience with maintenance, landscape, and irrigation systems
Pay Range
$21.54 - $24.23 Hourly - Pay based on applicable experience and qualifications
Bilingual Requirement
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
