Maintenance and Environmental Services Director

About the Role

Kadima at Lakeside and Kadima at Luzerne, a five-star rated facility in Dallas, Pennsylvania, is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Environmental Services Director to join our dynamic family-centered team. You will ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our 31-bed and 37-bed facilities, providing a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor building repairs, including painting, spackling, and other maintenance repairs as needed
• Inspect and maintain facility grounds, including parking lots, sidewalks, and exterior buildings
• Oversee and assist with cleaning and sanitizing of all areas of the facility, including resident rooms, common areas, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards, including OSHA and CMS
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance and facility issues
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including inventory management and budget tracking
• Identify and prioritize maintenance needs, and develop plans to address them
• Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner, with minimal disruption to facility operations

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
• Full-time position located in Dallas, Pennsylvania (serving Kadima at Lakeside's 31-bed facility and Kadima at Luzerne's 37-bed facility)
