Maintenance and Automation Night Shift Supervisor

This role oversees night-shift maintenance and automation activities, ensuring all team members adhere to safety practices and maintain strong housekeeping standards. It is responsible for quality compliance with cGMPs and site procedures, managing staffing, performance, and daily operations across multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard team members' knowledge and compliance with safety procedures, policies, permits, and practices.
• Initiate and lead accident, near miss reviews and incident notifications.
• Maintain proper housekeeping procedures.
• Manage daily maintenance operations across shifts up to 7 days a week, including attendance, overtime, operational issues, performance management, and development planning.
• Ensure high-quality maintenance execution, training readiness, KPI performance, and alignment with production needs.
• Review work orders, investigate deviations, and lead incident reporting and corrective actions to support reliable 24/7 manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Five years of manufacturing or maintenance experience in a leadership/supervisory role
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience required
• Knowledgeable of Parenteral or Packaging Maintenance operations and processes or other GMP manufacturing experience
• Formulation, Filling, Device Assembly or Packaging Knowledge
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally with multiple levels within the organization
• Demonstrated ability to provide coaching and feedback
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, set objectives and meet targets
• Demonstrated ability to provide high-level customer service
• Demonstrated ability to work without close supervision
• Demonstrated ability in problem solving
• CMMs experience desired
• Understanding of PLC, HMI, and networking
• Experience with Device Assembly and Packaging equipment
