Maintenance Analyst

As a Maintenance Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the maintenance and reliability of the airline's fleet.
Responsibilities
- Perform analysis and develop recommendations for aircraft maintenance programs
- Ongoing review and revision of maintenance programs to meet technical, operational, and financial requirements
- Create and maintain a system for storage, revision, and distribution of work cards and related documents
- Review aircraft maintenance specifications and make revisions as needed
- Notify the FAA about changes to maintenance programs and address any issues
- Maintain a system for information exchange with manufacturers and other operators
- Monitor the computerization of maintenance programs and address any problems
- Develop and improve maintenance programs for the fleet
- Ensure the effectiveness of changes to the maintenance program
- Set up new or revised maintenance requirements in the maintenance computer system TRAX
- Produce and revise work cards using TRAX
- Aid the Planning Department in compiling check work packages
- Conduct tasks in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all safety regulations
Requirements
- College degree and/or two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of aircraft systems and operations
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Applications)
- Excellent organizational, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to respond to correspondence and inquiries in a business-appropriate manner
- Motivated, self-starter attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate
- Aviation degree with related experience
- Experience in aircraft maintenance programs
- Background in line/hangar aircraft maintenance
- Experience with computer-based maintenance tracking systems (TRAX)
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat Standard or Professional

Pay
$37.58 USD per hour. This is the base compensation hiring range for this role.
Schedule
This position is open in Minneapolis, MN, and operates on a hybrid schedule.
Supervisory Responsibility

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
