Daily Operations and Repairs

  • Ensure all repair activities are conducted safely using formal Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.
  • Manage contractor activities and spares usage, including creating critical spares lists for equipment.
  • Develop and implement predictive maintenance plans.
  • Plan and implement major repair activities.
  • Monitor and control department overtime.

Management and Development

  • Develop and implement predictive maintenance plans.
  • Manage and develop the Maintenance & Facilities Department team.
  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable the Maintenance & Facilities Department team.
  • Develop skills as necessary and provide required training.
  • Mentor and train Assistant Maintenance Manager in managerial skills.
  • Implement and manage key measurables related to maintenance department activities and performance.
  • Organize and maintain a 5S environment within the maintenance department.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Maintenance & Facilities Department team.
  • Hold the Maintenance & Facilities Department team accountable.
