Daily Operations and Repairs
- Ensure all repair activities are conducted safely using formal Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.
- Manage contractor activities and spares usage, including creating critical spares lists for equipment.
- Develop and implement predictive maintenance plans.
- Plan and implement major repair activities.
- Monitor and control department overtime.
Management and Development
- Develop and implement predictive maintenance plans.
- Manage and develop the Maintenance & Facilities Department team.
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable the Maintenance & Facilities Department team.
- Develop skills as necessary and provide required training.
- Mentor and train Assistant Maintenance Manager in managerial skills.
- Implement and manage key measurables related to maintenance department activities and performance.
- Organize and maintain a 5S environment within the maintenance department.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Maintenance & Facilities Department team.
- Hold the Maintenance & Facilities Department team accountable.
