Maintenance AEM

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-discipline capability to repair, maintain, install and make improvements to Finishing processing equipment (includes mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics)
• Work with other members of the Finishing team to resolve equipment issues
• Perform alignment and adjustments as needed on production equipment
• Utilize hand tools as well as maintenance shop equipment to perform tasks as needed

Requirements

• Highly involved and motivated with a high level of mechanical / electrical troubleshooting skills
• Able to change focus based on priorities
• Mechanical equipment repair training and/or demonstrated experience
• Controls / PLC experience a plus
• Significant walking or other means of mobility
• Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Must have ability to work individually and with a team as needed
• Good team player – willing to be flexible and work with maintenance trades as needed
• Excellent safety record – places safety and environment as top priority in all work
• Knowledge of Lock Out / Tag Out process
• Able to work in dark-room conditions if needed
• Able to work occasional overtime
• Able to work in standing position for extended period of time
• Wear personal protective equipment as required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and maintenance software tools
• Must be able to work a rotational shift schedule (Fireman’s schedule – two 12 hour days, two 12 hour nights, and 4 days of rest)

Must be able to pass a background check.
