Maintainability Engineer Sr

About the role

The Maintainability Engineer Sr will be responsible for ensuring the maintainability of complex systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintainability strategies for assigned systems and equipment.
• Conduct maintainability assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure maintainability requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.
• Train and mentor team members on maintainability practices and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintainability engineering or related field.
• Experience with maintainability assessment tools and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in relevant software tools and maintenance databases.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for maintainability.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
