Maint Superintendent

About the role

Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Superintendent to join us in creating exceptional living experiences for our residents in Bayville Housing, a 96-unit residential community in Bayville, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal and general cleanliness of buildings and grounds.
• Execute daily repair and upkeep tasks.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within deadlines.
• Manage service requests with responsive, efficient, and courteous customer service.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and maintain a safe work environment.
• Adhere to all federal, state, local, and regional laws, and regulations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory.
• Report property-related incidents and maintain professionalism.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license.
• Prefered Live on Exempt unit (Rent free).
• On Call required.

Skills & Certifications

• EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license.
• Current CPO (Certified Pool Operator) License required for properties with pools.
• Knowledge of various maintenance areas.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes.
