DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintains visibility of fleet health indicators.
  • Coordinates with agencies, maintenance, and operations to relay priorities for competing limited resources.
  • Communicates between Operations and Maintenance in sufficient detail to comply with reporting requirements and communicate potential problems.
  • Maintains the status of aircraft, equipment, and systems as directed, including ETIC, progress, and location.
  • Verifies aircraft, equipment, and systems status and ETIC's to ensure proper documentation.
  • Uses Government and Contractor databases to ensure accuracy and proper reporting.
  • Collaborates with agencies for maintenance and routing changes to the operations schedule.
  • Ensures all deviations to the daily operations schedule are input and accurately reported.
  • Utilizes databases systems to maintain accurate aircraft status, configuration, and timeline.
  • Requests support services and coordinates aircraft engine runs and ground movements.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains functional and emergency action checklists.
  • Participates in the Data Integrity Team (DIT).
  • Notifies appropriate agencies using checklists.
  • Complies with all Security Program guidelines.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software and computer systems.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.
  • US Citizenship required for clearance.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Capable of working in an exceptionally dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient with Government and Contractor databases and information systems.
  • Experience coordinating activities among multiple agencies in a dynamic, fast-paced operational environment.
  • Ability to maintain detailed and accurate records and reports.
