We are a well-established, medium-sized consultancy in North West Kent seeking a Chartered Associate Director (Structural Engineer) to join our expanding head office.
About the role
You will lead design projects and teams on new-build developments across residential, commercial, leisure, and education sectors in London and the South East. Project values range up to £150 million, with a mix of high-rise and low-rise developments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technically strong structural designs
- Manage and mentor junior staff
- Run project teams and oversee project delivery
Requirements
- Chartered member of IStructE and/or ICE
- Proven design, project, and team-running skills on new-build developments
- Strong technical expertise
