Responsibilities
- Build meaningful connections with guests through dynamic presentations and personalized consultations.
- Partner with marketing and resort operations to create seamless experiences that drive conversions.
- Leverage financial expertise and market data to navigate a performance-driven, high-energy resort environment.
- Track and measure performance to meet or exceed individual and team goals.
Requirements
- A proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Strong relationship-building, persuasive communication, and closing skills.
- Ability to connect authentically with guests, identify needs, and tailor solutions.
- Active Real Estate or Timeshare License may be required depending on location.
- Experience in timeshare, real estate, travel, or high-ticket sales preferred.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus.
