About the role
Vacatia is transforming the vacation ownership and rental industry by blending hospitality, technology, and design into smarter, more connected travel experiences. We're building the next generation of lifestyle products and we're looking for motivated, relationship-driven sales professionals to help us continue our growth.
Responsibilities
- Earn up to $100,000+ per year through a competitive commission structure with paid weekly earnings, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
- Build relationships with guests and owners to promote and sell timeshare properties.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Participate in wellness programs and employee assistance services.
- Attend licensing classes for no cost if needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for the vacation ownership and hospitality industries.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Knowledge of the timeshare industry is not required; Vacatia covers licensing costs.

Pay
Per diem for training (minimum wage) plus commission opportunities.
