Area of Responsibility

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
• Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies and tools
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effectiveness
• Scope changes and develop client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in Program/Project Management for large-scale technology transformation initiatives
• Expertise in SDLC, agile program management, DevOps practices
• Drive end-to-end transformation of legacy mainframe applications and data to cloud platforms
• Align modernization initiatives with enterprise architecture, cloud adoption frameworks, and business outcomes

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Proven experience delivering cloud migration or modernization programs on Azure
• Good understanding of cloud framework (Azure)
• Manage vendor partners, system integrators, tool providers, and cloud platform teams
• Establish program governance structure, KPIs, tracking dashboards, and communication plans

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
• Three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
