Responsibilities
- 5+ years of experience as Mainframe Track Lead
- 10+ years of Mainframe COBOL, IMS/DB2 Support and Development experience
- Strong analytical skills to analyze business function in COBOL/IMS/DB2 programs
- Job abends troubleshooting and prompt solutioning
- On‑call/production support with tools like SNOW; escalation management
- Team player and delivery ownership of responsible track‑team
- Good communication skills
