About the role

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Mainframe Lead to join our team in Pittsburgh. The ideal candidate will bring at least 12 years of expertise in mainframe technologies, possess strong leadership skills, and drive innovation within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end mainframe development and maintenance
• Lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance
• Analyze system requirements and implement effective solutions
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of mainframe systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience in mainframe technologies (COBOL, JCL, DB2)
• Proven experience leading technical teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Deep understanding of SDLC processes in large enterprises
