Responsibilities

• Core Mainframe Expertise: Deep knowledge of COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM (z/OS)
• Understand and troubleshoot legacy code and batch jobs
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Understand batch vs online processing, data flows, and system dependencies
• Assess impact of changes across applications
• Root cause analysis, ABEND handling, job failures, performance issues
• Own system stability and SLA adherence
• DB2 queries, data reconciliation, and data mapping
• Validate and analyze complex datasets across systems

Qualifications

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $61,087 to $104,364.
