Mainline Technician Job Responsibilities

• Diagnostics and repair of complex mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns
• Engine, transmission, suspension, brake, and drivability repairs
• Completion of recalls, warranty repairs, and manufacturer-specific services
• Accurate documentation of repair orders and diagnostic findings
• Use of manufacturer diagnostic tools and service information
• Adherence to Mazda repair standards and dealership procedures
• Maintenance of a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Collaboration with service advisors and other technicians

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years mainline technician experience required
• Mazda certification strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Efficient work in a flat-rate environment
• Commitment to quality repairs and customer satisfaction
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
