Mainline Technician Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns
• Perform engine, transmission, suspension, brake, and drivability repairs
• Complete recalls, warranty repairs, and manufacturer-specific services
• Accurately document repair orders and diagnostic findings
• Use manufacturer diagnostic tools and service information
• Follow Jeep repair standards and dealership procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians

Qualifications

• Previous mainline technician experience required
• Jeep certification strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
