JOB SUMMARY
The Cage Main Banker is responsible and accountable for assisting the Cage/Player Services Supervisor in the complete operation of the Vault.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for accurate control over gaming
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed
- Responsible for maintaining adequate operational bankrolls
- Responsible for maintaining adequate NRT cassette inventory
- Ensures the safety and security of Team Members and Guests. Manages process and procedures to control and reduce loss time injuries.
- Review vault activities with Cash Ops Manager and or Cage/Player Service Supervisors.
- May be asked to substitute as a Cage/Player Service Rep from time to time where they will be responsible for the redemption of Gaming tickets/TITOs and Sports wagering vouchers, performing Check Cashing/Cash Advance transactions and placing Sports wagers for guests.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and integrity
- Maintain interpersonal working relationships among all Team Members and the public
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be detail oriented, have a professional attitude, strong organizational and time management skills, and be customer-focused
- Able to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related
- 2-5 years’ experience in gaming or banking operations
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license and a Race and Sportsbook Employee License

- Frequently sit or stand; walk; use hands to finger reach, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear
- Lift, push, and pull up to 25lbs
- Circulate throughout the assigned areas, including the smoking area, actively observing players and functioning of machines
