Main Bank Cashier

Responsibilities

• Manages and monitors inventory levels and balances kiosks for a specific shift
• Receives checks and completes deposits manually or electronically to an outside banking institution
• Executes requirements for verification and transfer of drops from the soft count room
• Receives and processes unclaimed jackpots in accordance with ICS, State and Federal requirements
• Runs reports and verification information for patron credit line requests in accordance with HCPN Credit Committee and PGCB regulations
• Receives and accounts for all inventory items
• Reviews inventory items received for accuracy and completeness
• Communicates status of fluctuating cash levels to appropriate management
• Maintains original and redemption copies to counter checks
• Functions as the marker banker
• Functions as a Player Services Cage Cashier as necessary; however, may not function as both a Main Bank Cashier and a Player Services Cage Cashier within the single gaming day

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED; prior banking experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to perform basic math skills and work with mathematical concepts
• Intermediate computer knowledge; proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• The ability to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor or Manager
• Qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board

This is a smoking environment in guest areas and a non-smoking, with the exception of designated areas, employee environment.
