About the role
The Mailroom Services Lead is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the mailroom, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing mail is processed accurately and promptly. This includes managing the team, maintaining equipment, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the mailroom to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Manage a team of mailroom staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Maintain and operate mailroom equipment, including sorting machines and scanners.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to mail handling.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding mail processing.
- Prepare reports and maintain records of mailroom activities and equipment usage.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or management role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Pay

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
