About the role
As a Mailroom Document Processor, you will support high-volume mail and document operations in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities include sorting, imaging, classifying, and processing documents while ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Sort, image, document, file, and archive mail by form type
- Receive and organize incoming mail
- Identify documents and determine processing requirements
- Classify documents according to client and contract guidelines
- Capture and process information accurately based on client requirements
- Scan and digitally image files
- Maintain productivity and quality standards throughout the shift
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for the full shift
- Ability to lift and move 50+ lb. bags of mail
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Able to communicate and work closely with a team
- Able to perform repetitive tasks consistently and accurately
- Flexibility to work overtime and extended hours as needed

- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
Additional Information
- Overtime is required based on incoming mail volume
- Candidates must be able to commit to assigned schedules without conflicts that would impact attendance or availability
Pay
Pay: $16/hour- Please note this pay rate may be below your state’s minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.
Schedule
Monday – Friday | Scheduled start times may vary between 3:00 AM – 6:00 AM Shifts may last up to 12 hours or until work is complete (Clean Desk Policy)
