Mailing Rate/Process Specialist
for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections we have content for. We have About the role (intro). Responsibilities (list). Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: we have list of must-have skills and preferences. Could combine into Requirements (or Qualifications). We'll maybe have Requirements (must have) and Preferred Qualifications (preferred). But we need to avoid thin sections; maybe combine into one Requirements section covering both must-have and preferred. Benefits: we have content. Pay: we have range. We should not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract details: About the role: "Taylor Print Impressions, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for a Mailing Rate/Process Specialist to join the team in Arden Hills, MN." Also earlier: "Come Work With Us! Benefits Start Day 1! Taylor Corporation is a growing, dynamic company with big plans for the future ― and our people. Family owned and proud of it, we power our employees’ potential and strive to create opportunity and security for every member of the team. We’re passionate about our work, we believe there is always a better way, and we’re in this for the long haul. Ready to build a career? It’s time to look at Taylor." That's generic company description; could be part of About the role or maybe separate About company. But we can include as part of About the role? The instruction: use headings for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, etc). So we can put company overview under About the role? Might be okay. But we should not invent filler. We'll include that paragraph as prose under About the role. Responsibilities: list of items. Need to convert each line to
for Requirements and then within that we could have
for preferred? But better to separate into Requirements and Preferred Qualifications if we have content. Both are substantive. So we can have Requirements (must have) and Preferred Qualifications (preferred). That's two sections. Benefits: we have: - Benefits Start Day 1! - DailyPay: get paid on first day. - Comprehensive benefit package: choice of several health plans, dental, vision, wellness programs, life and disability coverage, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off (PTO) and 64 hours of annual holiday pay. We'll put as list. Pay: "The anticipated hourly range for this position is $51,400 - 64,300. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employee." We'll put that as prose under Pay. Schedule: none. We must not include boilerplate like Work Authorization, EEO, etc. We'll drop those lines. We also need to drop links? The DailyPay link and YouTube link and About Taylor Corporation link maybe considered boilerplate? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Links might be considered navigation? Probably we should remove them as they are not substantive content about the job. The DailyPay link is a reference; but the description of DailyPay is substantive; the link itself maybe not needed. We can keep the description but drop the URL. Similarly, the YouTube link and About Taylor Corporation link can be dropped; we can keep the description about Taylor Corporation (the paragraph about being one of largest print firms etc.) as part of About the role or maybe a separate About company section but we don't have heading for About company; we could incorporate into About the role. Thus we will omit the URLs. Now produce HTML fragment:
