Mail Production Specialist - 120019
About the role
The Mail Production Specialist is responsible for distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Open, sort, and prepare incoming correspondence.
- Scan and record specified incoming documents.
- Appropriately file imaged claims, appeals, adjustments, and inferior quality imaged claims.
- Generate and mail correspondence related to submission errors.
- Lift and move totes weighing 35–40 pounds.
- Work mandatory overtime as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3 months – 1 year of production-related experience preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous production experience is a nice to have.
Performance Indicators
- Manual processing speed and accuracy.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
