Become a part of our caring community. The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support assignments. Responsibilities

• Accurately fills and counts medications.
• Ensures inventory levels are adequate for dispensing by working with the inventory supply team.
• Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards.
• Has some latitude over prioritization and timing, and works under minimal direction.
• Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation, deviation, and/or independent discretion.

Requirements

• Active Pharmacy Technician license in Ohio.
• National Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB or ExCPT).
• Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
• Able to stand for 10 hours.

• Preferred: High School Diploma or GED.

Pay

Base pay: $21.50 per hour straight time.

Shift differentials: 12% from 6:00 PM–12:00 AM, 15% from 12:01 AM–2:00 AM, and an additional 5% on Sunday.

Hiring bonus: $1,500 (50% payable at hire, 50% payable after 180 days of employment).

Estimated annual compensation range for full‑time (40 hrs/week): $40,000 – $52,300 per year.

Schedule

Shift: 5:30 PM–2:00 AM, Sunday–Thursday.

Scheduled weekly hours: 40.
