Schedule

Monday–Friday | 8:30AM - 5:30PM / 11:00AM - 8:00PM (Schedule may vary based on business needs)

About the Role

SPS Global is seeking a dependable and service-driven Client Services Associate to support daily mailroom, pantry, conference room, and workplace operations in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a team, and providing professional service throughout the day.

From tracking important deliveries to keeping shared spaces stocked and meeting-ready, your work helps create a smooth, organized, and welcoming workplace experience.

Responsibilities

  • Mail & Package Operations
    • Receive, sort, track, and distribute mail and packages from FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, Amazon, and other carriers
    • Process deliveries and pickups while maintaining accurate tracking records
    • Respond to mail and package inquiries and follow established security and safety procedures
  • Workplace & Hospitality Support
    • Restock pantries and beverage refrigerators and maintain shared areas
    • Reset conference rooms and assist with meeting or open-space setups
    • Support additional workplace tasks and maintain clean, organized spaces
  • Customer Service & Team Support
    • Provide friendly, professional service and maintain strong attention to detail
    • Follow site and client procedures and support team coverage as needed
    • Participate in cross-training and contribute to team metrics and service goals
    • Adapt to schedule changes and evolving business needs

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of experience in mailroom, office services, hospitality, logistics, customer service, or a similar environment preferred
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Professional and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules based on business needs

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move packages and workplace materials up to 55 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to safely handle and restock beverage products as part of workplace operations
  • Ability to use carts and other workplace equipment to transport materials

Pay

Pay Range: $17 - $18 USD per hour

    • Full time: Minimum of 80 hours/calendar year.
