Mail Clerk

About the role

BrightKey is looking for an experienced Mail Clerk in Hershey, PA! We offer competitive benefits, paid time off, and a 401K program with a company match. This position involves working with a team operating a mailroom in an office building. You will be sorting, screening, and delivering mail in person within the office building. Responsibilities

• Inbound Mail and Package Sorting
• Processing Outbound Mail and Packages
• Signing for Incoming Packages
• Delivering mail and packages within the office building to customers
• Assisting in various duties as assigned
• Occasionally act as a backup driver to deliver mail to other locations, including operating a company vehicle in the local area

Requirements

• Prior Corporate/office Mail Room, or Postal Service (USPS) Experience is strongly preferred
• Familiarity and Experience with Mail Room Equipment (postage machines, scanners, etc.)
• Good customer service skills is required as this position supports onsite customers
• Organizational Skills & Experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Professional Communications & Ability to Work with Vendors
• Basic Computer and Data Entry Skills
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to Lift Boxes/Packages (up to 75lbs)

Pay

Starting pay rate of $15.50 - $16.50 per hour

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• First Shift (7:00am - 3:30pm)
• Location: Hershey, PA
