Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
- Master's Degree in Nursing preferred
- Maintains current expert knowledge of the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program® requirements
- Excellent computer skills required including proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access)
- Demonstrates experience in managing complex projects
- Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills with exceptional professional work ethics
