What You’ll Do

• Ensure accurate explosive inventory and transaction records
• Maintain the organization, security and housekeeping of magazines and all bulk storage areas
• Pull, load, and secure product(s) onto trucks for delivery by drivers and mobile pumping equipment operators
• Physically place goods received into storage
• Inspect, accurately record and physically return goods to the proper place for storage
• Perform duties responsibly with minimal direct supervision
• Ensure compliance with applicable HSEQ Performance Standards, and site security program
• Proactively work to achieve compliance with safety systems and ensure a safe workplace
• Accurately verify and record labor hours and manage time and overtime to meet cost targets and profit goals
• Collect and report efficiency data and join efforts for safety, and operational improvements
• Manage all product movement and collaborate with dispatch to meet demand
• Provide accurate and timely documentation for shipping and receiving of goods
• Inventory management: coordinate deliveries and confirm counts
• Lead and participate in training to competent and or proficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Warehouse or distribution experience preferred
• Must be willing to undergo and pass an ATF background check as required to be a possessor of explosives
• Operate large vehicles and other equipment safely and within Safe Standard Operating Procedures
• Must have the ability to remain flexible and maintain stamina in the face of constantly changing production schedules
• Must be able to move items weighing up to 60lbs
