About the role

The Wisconsin Department of Corrections is seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated OnBase Administrator III to manage, maintain, and optimize our enterprise content solutions system.

Responsibilities

• One of four primary point-of-contacts for system administration, workflow design, and user support
• Ensure secure and efficient document management operations
• Provide on-going OnBase technical support, including daily incident, change management, and system administration responsibilities
• Write custom queries in Oracle and SQL Server
• Perform OnBase system upgrades

Requirements

• Minimum of 8-10 years of proven experience in Hyland OnBase administration, configuration, engineering, system tasks, custom queries, Advanced Capture and forms development
• OnBase Certified System Administrator certification or OnBase Certified Installer designation, and OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator certification or OnBase Certified Workflow Engineer certification is required
• Proficiency in OnBase Configuration, Studio, Unity Management Console, and API development (RESTful, SOAP)
• Strong in writing custom queries in Oracle and SQL Server
• Experience in performing OnBase system upgrades

• Self-starter with a high drive to excel
• Excellent, written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a versatile environment

• VBScript, PowerShell, C#.NET, SQL, REST API and HTML
