Job Summary

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL DO

• Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for staff and patrons
• Aid the production team in executing specific artist and crew needs
• Purchase and deliver various products and materials from local vendors
• Manage cash and receipts throughout the day
• Keep the green room tidy and sanitized
• Ensure backstage areas are clean and organized
• Follow company protocols as directed by venue management
• Perform other duties as assigned

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

• Appropriate customer service skills for diverse customer interactions
• Must be 21+ for alcohol purchases and 25+ for rental vehicles
• Requires a vehicle, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance
• Knowledge of local area including restaurants and stores
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Proficiency in MS Office and company software
• Effective communication skills in team environments
• Ability to handle difficult situations and sensitive information professionally
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Commitment to learning and fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Background check required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Standing and walking, including climbing stairs
• Using hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment
• Lifting up to 50 pounds
• Crouching, kneeling, bending, and reaching frequently
• Regular exposure to large crowds and high noise levels
• Exposure to lighting changes including low light, strobe lights, and moving lights
• Occasional outdoor work
• Extended work hours required
