Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the branch
• Oversee staff and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
• Coordinate with clients to provide personalized care plans
• Ensure quality of care and satisfaction of clients and their families
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and record keeping

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related experience in healthcare or customer service
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Pass a background check
