Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers to create an excellent shopping experience.
• Inform merchandisers and managers about stocking needs.
• Maintain all visual standards set by management and the company.
• Problem-solve customer issues and escalate to management when needed.
• Provide high-touch assistance to VIP clientele to ensure retention.
• Stay up-to-date on product assortment to serve as an informed brand ambassador.
• Follow instructions from management and comply with company policies and professional regulations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Attend and participate in occasional work meetings.
• Ensure punctuality for shifts and proactively communicate obstacles to management.
• Leverage your style and community connections to serve as a brand ambassador.

Requirements

• 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience.
• Self-motivated and a team player.
