Machinist - Level 2
About the role
In this role, you will impact our manufacturing operations by performing set-ups and operating CNC and Manual machines to produce precision-engineered components and assemblies that meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Set-up and operate CNC and Manual machines according to specifications and production requirements
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal output
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards
- Assist with troubleshooting machine issues and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completed formal training (Apprenticeship program) or 6 years of CNC Machine Set-up experience
Skills
- Experience with specific machines and equipment relevant to the role
- Basic technical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices

Pay
The hourly range for this position is $47,300.00 – $68,100.00, with a midpoint of $59,200.00. This serves as a general guideline; actual offers consider factors such as scope and responsibilities, candidate experience, education, training, key skills, and market conditions.
