Responsibilities
- Produce quality products per the build schedule.
- Operate several production machines or operations simultaneously.
- Report complicated equipment malfunctions to mechanics.
- Handle and accurately dispose of chemical and non-chemical waste, including hazardous and regulated materials.
- Participate in team meetings, including planning daily work, resource utilization, problem-solving, and project work.
- Maintain visual management of part and raw material storage; ensure a clean and organized work area.
- Cross-train on other equipment or areas as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures with limited supervision.
- Proficiency developed through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience.
- Provide solutions to problems in atypical or infrequent situations based on existing precedents or procedures.
- 3-6 months of horizontal mill experience.

Pay
The compensation range for this role is $23.00 - $25.76 USD per hour. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. The final salary will be based on relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business needs.
