Responsibilities
- Responsible for manufacturing quality product according to the work order or other build signal while adhering to defined work instructions.
- General duties include setup, operation, and adjustment of CNC and manual machine tools.
- Responsible for producing quality products per the build schedule.
- Gather materials and set-up CNC or manual equipment.
- Maintain quality of products produced according to department standards and visual or dimensional specifications.
- Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects.
- Meet productivity standards.
- Record and maintain quality or traceability information.
- Record and maintain Cell Boards and other visual management tools.
- Maintain equipment according to work instructions or preventive maintenance tasks.
- Report complicated equipment malfunctions to mechanics.
- Participate in team meetings, which include planning daily work and resource utilization, problem solving, project work, etc.
- Maintain visual management of part and raw material storage; clean and organized work area.
- Assist in problem solving of new equipment and products.
Requirements
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures with a moderate amount of supervision.
- Has developed skills through formal training or considerable work experience.
- Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established options.

Pay
The compensation range for this role is $20.90 - $22.99 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
