Machinist (Hot Stamp, Plastics Manufacturing)

Job Summary

Are you a skilled Machinist ready for a new challenge? We're looking for a talented Hot Stamp / Machinist to join our growing team!

What You'll Do

• Hot stamping our injection-molded waste bins and custom packaging solutions.
• Making mounting plates for various hot stamp sizes and assisting with mold version changes.
• Operating shop equipment such as milling machines, band saws, and drill presses.
• Safely utilizing a variety of powered and non-powered hand tools.
• Training and operating a forklift as needed and managing an overhead crane in accordance with OSHA standards.
• Completing assigned work orders promptly, accurately, and with pride.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
• Identifying and reporting the need for spare or replacement parts to ensure smooth operations.
• Being available for overtime work when required and maintaining consistent punctuality.
• Participating in ongoing training to enhance skills and expand technical expertise.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Minimum one year of experience working with machine shop equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Willingness to adapt to changing workloads and meet deadlines effectively.
